Hi! I'm Lee (also known as “Leah”), full-stack software developer and a leader with extensive experience in program coordination, client and human services, and web development. I am deeply committed to diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility initiatives and strive to create inclusive environments where everyone can thrive. My leadership style is rooted in values of authenticity, collaboration, diligence, and inclusivity. I am dedicated to personal growth and am constantly learning from others to improve my leadership abilities.

As an experienced Front-End Developer with valuable people skills, empathy, and the ability to work with diverse individuals, I am passionate about using software development to promote progress and diversity within the industry. My goal is to bridge the digital divide and provide technological access to underrepresented groups within the United States. I hope to deliver innovative solutions that make a significant impact on my community and more.

Beyond coding, I enjoy producing and writing music, reading books, dancing, and finding ways to make people laugh. I also have a soft spot for Grogu from the Mandalorian and enjoy collecting Grogu merchandise.
